Each of our service providers holds a State Board certification in their areas of practice and uphold the highest quality of care with each guest. an experience of beauty and wellness.

Marcie Young
Spa Owner/Esthetician
Marcie began her Spa Belleza journey in 2009 as spa manager becoming sole owner in January of 2010. As owner, she felt it would be beneficial to have a deeper insight into the spa industry. In the fall of 2010, her training began for an Esthetics certification at the Aveda Institute in Lafayette, LA. Graduating in the field of Esthiology in February of 2011 was a personal accomplishment. Marcie has further developed her business, personal and professional skills with continuing education, spa conferences, and beauty industry expos.
Marcie’s vision for Spa Belleza includes cultivating community with spa guests, being a place for CenLa to experience holistic wellness, allowing their bodies to thrive naturally. Within a safe environment of peace and ease of mind, the mind and body feel free to let go of stress, release anxieties, and relax, which in turn allows gentle healing.
Currently owning the business, managing the spa team, and providing guest services, Marcie touches every aspect of the spa life. She enjoys consistently pursuing new solutions and offerings for this community while connecting with local businesses. Being voted as Cenla's Choice Best Esthetician, she is grateful for the opportunity to serve CenLa with the wonderful spa team.
Marcie’s free time is spent traveling and exploring new places, cultures, and cuisine. Recharging with friends or family is her pastime of choice.
Sheila Weltz, LMT
Massage Therapist/Massage Team Lead
In 1997 Sheila graduated from Blue Cliff School of Therapeutic Massage, in Shreveport, LA, and became a licensed massage therapist in1998.
Since then, she has practiced massage therapy in the CenLa area, which is her home.
Sheila has further expanded her professional skills in multiple massage and wellness modalities through continuing education certifications. She loves helping guests feel better and one-on-one treatments are the perfect way to provide the best experience possible for them. This passion for her trade is evident with the community voting her as Cenla's Choice Best Massage Therapist.
She has proven her capabilities as a leader in the field of massage therapy for 23 years. Sheila leads the Spa Belleza massage team by imparting knowledge from her studies and experience.
When Sheila isn't sharing her light at the spa, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, practicing yoga, strengthening her personal development, and reading.
Naomi Tullos
Cosmetologist
Naomi is a highly skilled hairstylist of 27 years. After finishing her basic cosmetology education at Pineville Beauty School, she trained for 6 years in an Aveda concept salon. Naomi also completed a 6-month intensive apprenticeship at Robert Allen Salon in Baton Rouge, LA, and worked in a trendy Seattle salon. Her advanced trainings include smoothing treatments and hair extensions.
Having a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel Design, she thrives in artistic expression. Naomi is passionate about the people she works with and loves that guests always leave smiling. Her consistency and honesty keep them coming back.
Naomi loves relating to people and dreams of a future in counseling for those in need. She balances her personal wellness by reading and with private time with her family, prayer, and meditation.
SHawndricka SPencer
Guest Relations Representatvie
Shawndricka is a guest relations specialist at Spa Belleza, making sure everything SPA is running smoothly. Her smiling face greets every guest who walks through the door. There is so much more to her job than scheduling appointments and folding laundry. She enjoys knowing she can make the guests happy and meet the needs of the spa team.
Getting to meet new people every day, seeing their smiles and hear how wonderful guests feel after their treatments brings her joy. She wants each client to leave happy, relaxed, and wanting to come back time and time again.
Shawn loves to read, write and listen to ASMR podcasts to relax. Being the mother of two, just being in peace and quiet helps her destress. Her goal is to further her education and buy a home for her family. She’s committed to staying humble and focused, continue pushing, and never give up on her dreams.
Olivia guillot, LMT
Massage Therapist
Olivia has been a licensed massage therapist since 2013. After receiving her training at Moore Career College, she practiced at Massage Envy and Bumble Lane in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Interest in the human body was the first step in directing Olivia to the massage profession. She's passionate about learning new techniques so clients get real results. Recognizing that each and every body is uniquely designed, she adapts each session according to that guest's individual needs.
Olivia loves developing a rapport with new guests who aren't familiar with massage and its benefits. While she has certifications in prenatal massage, hot stone massage, and body treatments, her favorite service to perform is a full body massage firm enough to melt tension in the muscles.
When she isn't at the spa, she spends her time recharging, meditating, reading, and receiving massages herself!
kADEE rOBINSON
Esthetican
Kadee loves that her profession doesn’t feel like work and she’s most passionate about making her clients feel beautiful and refreshed. While listening to and connecting with people, she gets much satisfaction in helping people feel great about themselves so they always leave with a smile.
Kadee’s journey with esthetics started by obtaining her Esthetician’s license at the Aveda Institute in Hammond, LA. She has since completed her microdermabrasion certification and is always learning something new and exciting with Spa Belleza.
Outside of the spa, Kadee enjoys painting and listening to music in her spare time. She practices breathing exercises as well as body, learning better ways to cope with anxiety. She is aware she can get through anything she sets her mind to do. We are grateful Kadee has been on our spa team since December of 2021 and continues to make improvements giving the best service possible for her clients.
James Allmand, LMT
Massage therapist
James trained at the Pacific Center for Awareness & Bodywork in Princeville, HI, earning his certification for massage therapy and connective bodywork in 2012.
James has been trained in sports massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, and spa body treatments. However, his favorite service to perform is a Lomi Lomi massage. The rhythmic fluidity of this style is fun and takes him back to the sunny island of Kauai.
James chose the field of massage for the ability and opportunity to help people feel more comfortable in their bodies. One of his strengths is being present with each client. The acquisition of subtle wisdom pertaining to his techniques keeps him passionate about his profession. Continued efforts to improve his skills allow him to perceive the craft in a new light. Most of all, he loves to see clients’ happy faces!
Away from the massage table, James keeps his hand intelligence sharp by playing guitar and juggling. He uses wellness practices like laughter, exercise, meditation, ice baths, and stretching to manage his own personal stress. James wishes to invoke and embody his highest potential – always.
