What should I expect during my first visit?
When you arrive at Spa Belleza for your appointment, a team member will greet you and will ask you if you’ve ever enjoyed the Spa Belleza experience. If you have not, you will be asked to complete the appropriate service forms and will be offered a beverage and encouraged to relax in our Relaxation Room until the time of your appointment, when your service provider greets you. If you have any questions at any time during your spa visit, a Spa member is available to assist you.
Where exactly are you located?
We are located at 3004 Jackson Street, one block from the Jackson Street and Hill Street traffic light. We can be found directly off of Petrus Street to the left.
Is there parking available?
Parking is available on the Petrus Street side of the building, in front of our main entrance.
What should I bring with me when I visit the Spa?
We encourage casual clothing. We have robes, slippers and an array of personal amenities for your comfort during each Spa visit.
How much notice do you require if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Treatment rooms and services you select are reserved especially for you. Please notify us a minimum of two hours in advance if you must cancel. (24 hours for packages.)
How far in advance should I book my appointment to be sure I get the time & day I want?
We always do our best to accommodate appointment time requested; however, we cannot guarantee a set time & day for you. Please contact us at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.
How far in advance should I arrive before my appointment?
You should arrive 10-15 minutes before any spa treatment.
What happens if I’m late for my appointment?
Please understand that if you are late for your appointment it will be necessary to shorten or reschedule your treatment time so as not to delay service for the client scheduled in the next consecutive appointment.
Do you have treatments available for men?
We have equal treatments available for both men and women.
Can I substitute a treatment of equal value for another treatment?
You may substitute a treatment of equal value for another treatment pending schedule and availability. If this is the case, please contact the Spa prior to your arrival so that we may have time to prepare for any changes.
What do I wear for my massage?
Our therapists have been trained to respect the ultimate privacy of clients. You are welcome to wear your undergarments, if you feel more comfortable doing so, in the event they do not interfere with the areas being treated. During each treatment, the areas of the body not involved are completely covered and therapists leave the room to allow you to disrobe.
What do I wear for my facial?
In our relaxing facial treatments, your décolleté will be cleansed and moisturized. During each treatment, your scalp, shoulders, arms and hands may be massaged, therefore, a wrap will be provided ensuring you are completely covered and none of your personal clothing is debased. Your undergarments may be worn in the event they do not interfere with the areas being treated. During each treatment, the areas of the body not involved are completely covered and therapists leave the room to allow you to disrobe.

At Spa Belleza, we pride ourselves on offering unprecedented customer service to ensure that every guest has an experience unlike any other.
When using a certificate to make a reservation, please quote the gift certificate number on the front. Please present the gift certificate to the reception desk upon arrival to the Spa.
Providing a two hours notice of cancellation for reserved appointments is required. Services will be cancelled at no charge if made two hours prior to appointment. If cancellation by phone is not made before this time, guests will be charged 50% of the services scheduled cost.
